We supply everything. The lights, the clips, the timers and the labour are all part of the package, and it all comes down and goes into our storage in the new year. You never buy a box of lights and you never find one in the garage in July.
One number covers the design, the install, the upkeep through the season and the takedown. Nothing is added on later. The prices on the packages are starting points, and the final number is confirmed once we have seen the property.
That is our problem, not yours. On The Signature and Commercial packages we check every property every two weeks through the season and replace anything that has gone dark, usually before you have noticed it.
Yes. You can book a single season, or take a multi year service so the display you liked comes back exactly as it was, without you having to think about it again. Ask about our multi year discount.
We come and look at the property, then send you a render of your own home lit up. You are approving the actual design on your actual roofline, not a description of it.
Installs run through the autumn so everything is lit for the start of the season, and takedown happens in the new year. The earlier you book, the more choice you have over your install date.
